A little bit about my ingredients...
True to say that I am a little bit obsessive about my ingredients. For example, I use unrefined sugars in my bakes, they have more flavour and are better for you (all of my recipes are reduced in sugar) I always use organic butter, flour and milk. My eggs are free range and from Suffolk. After all, it's no secret. If you want to make a delicious cake you must use delicious ingredients.
