I believe a naked wedding cake is a cake that screams, EAT ME. No smoke screen. What you see is what you get - Pure joy at first sight.
All of my naked wedding cakes are made fresh, using a collective mix of organic, local, seasonal and unrefined ingredients. Created, then delivered, stacked and dressed at the venue, all by me.
To keep this naked wedding beauty fresh and delicious, I work closely with the bride and the wedding coordinator to ensure that I have a window to arrive, stack and dress an hour or two before the cake is due to be cut and devoured.
She is a real foodie joy. Every tier is 3 layers deep (as standard) and each tier can contain a different flavour you adore. Please have a sneaky peak at my cake flavours page (apologies if it makes you hungry). We can mix up the flavours or we can create new ones. This is your naked wedding cake and I want you to love her.
Dressed with seasonal organic edible flowers to match and compliment your colour scheme or your bouquet. Even the addition of seasonal fruit, berries or/and herbs really completes the look.
