I live by the moto that everyone should be able to have their cake and eat it, even more so on their magical day. Vegan, Egg, Dairy or Nut free the choice is yours.
All wedding cakes are bespoke and cater for every need, love and style. My free from cakes, are no different.
I have been given lots of amazing and delicious briefs for my free from wedding cakes.
My beautiful bride Aimee was a coeliac and wanted to enjoy her wedding cake. I made a 3 tier gluten free, semi naked, luscious lemon wedding cake. For all of the guests to love and devour.
Susanne and Andy wanted a three tier vegan buttercream beauty, a different flavour in every tier, that guests would love and not be able to tell it's vegan (see pic to the right) The top tier was carrot, pecan and maple syrup, with a maple syrup infused buttercream. A romantic nod to Canada, where my couple were engaged.
Jacqui and James wanted a 3 tier dairy free ombre wedding cake. Each tier was a different flavour, creating a bespoke toffee apple tier with caramel made from coconut milk.
I can create cakes that are egg free, gluten free, dairy free and vegan.
Free from wedding cake are never free from flavour or love. They packed full of delicious and nutritious yumness, that fills your soul with joy.
